24th - 26th September 2010

If you are in school years 3-6 you can join us for the whole weekend.  Children in school years 1-2 are invited to our exciting Saturday programme.  The weekend will be a mix of fun, games and sporting activities along with a lively Megamix style programme to help us deepen our relationship with God.

Arrival and Departure:

Friday 24th September:  Arrive between 5.30pm - 6.00pm

Sunday 26th September: Depart between 2.30pm - 3.00pm

Saturday 25th Day visitors:  Arrive 9.00am.  Depart 6.30pm.

Costs for the weekend:

Child 1 - £45

Child 2, 3, 4 - £35 (each)

Saturday only: £6 (each child)

What's included:  All meals (including tea on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.

Payment by cash or cheque.  Cheques should be made payable to 'Kings Church Horsham' and posted to Kings Centre, Blackhorse Way, Horsham, RH12 1NU.  Please enclose the names of children you are paying for with the payment.

You personal data is protected by the Data Protection Act 1998 and Kings Church policy is to confirm to this act.  Details about you and your child will not be made available to any third party.  Please note that during a Megamix event, pictures of your child may be taken, this is only for use with Megamix or Kings Church activites and will not be published beyond that, unless otherwise agreed between you and Megamix/Kings Church.  Megamix assumes that you will pick your child up after the event has finished.  If for any reason you are unable to do so, please inform us at the point of drop off that someone else other than yourself will pick your child up.
